Relaxing or deep massage?

If you want to switch off with gentle pressure, go for the relaxing massage. If your back, neck or shoulders feel tight and you like firmer pressure, choose the deep massage.

Traditional or Brazilian lymphatic drainage?

The traditional one is done entirely by hand – gentle, with no pressure. The Brazilian one combines rhythmic hand movements with a massage using wooden tools.

I'm pregnant or recently had surgery – can I book?

Yes, after a short chat first. The massage only goes ahead with your doctor's approval.
